Every order is packed, insured, and dispatched with a tracking link shared over WhatsApp — so you always know where your ritual is.
Where we ship
We currently ship across India to all serviceable pincodes. International orders are not available yet — please write to us on WhatsApp if you'd like to be notified when we open other regions.
Dispatch time
Estimated dispatch: 4–6 weeks from confirmed order.
Orders confirmed on WhatsApp before 4pm IST (Mon–Sat) are prepared for dispatch the same or next working day, once payment is received.
Delivery times
- Metro cities: 3–5 working days after dispatch
- Tier-2 & tier-3 cities: 5–8 working days after dispatch
- Remote pincodes: up to 10 working days

Shipping charges
Shipping is free across India on every order. There are no hidden fees or handling charges — the price you confirm on WhatsApp is the final price.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched, we share the courier name, tracking number, and a live tracking link on your WhatsApp chat. You'll also get a note the day before expected delivery.
Delays & unreachable pincodes
If a pincode is temporarily non-serviceable or a shipment is delayed in transit, we'll reach out proactively on WhatsApp with next steps — reshipment, alternate courier, or a full refund if we can't deliver.
