Damaged or wrong item on arrival
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.
Hygiene items — non-returnable once used
Skincare devices and personal-care products (LED masks, applicators, pet mats) are non-returnable once opened or used, for hygiene reasons. This is standard practice across the industry and protects every customer.
How to start a return
- Message us on WhatsApp at +91 98704 59816.
- Share your order name and a photo of the item and packaging.
- We confirm eligibility within one business day.
- If approved, we arrange a free reverse pickup.
Refund method & timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method. Bank credit typically takes another 2–4 business days depending on your bank.
Warranty (separate from returns)
Manufacturing defects are covered under a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. See the warranty page for full details.
